Shrimp sauteed in a lemon white wine with fresh garlic and crispy capers, served on a grilled crostini

Paccheri Bolanase:

Slowly cooked meat sauce with a mix of beef, pork and veal, finished with scoop of ricotta cheese

Paired with: Robert Mondavi, Napa Cabernet

3rd Course

Your choice of

Filet Mignon or Swordfish

Pan seared served with roasted fingerling potatoes and roasted butternut squash, topped with fresh lobster meat, finished with a rosemary gorgonzola cream sauce
